Join us on Thursday January 21st for a virtual workshop with Stephen Fan on Mapping Street Life in Chinatown.

In this 75-minute workshop, we will share videos, photos, drawings, and/or stories of the street life in Chinatown. Participants who have been collecting observations over December and January will share their work, and new participants will join in with their own personal reflections.

All observations will contribute to the content of a illustrated map that celebrates and documents this wonderful corner of Manhattan.

This workshop is the second in a two-part series, with the first program on December 5th. Participants will get the most out of the program by attending both workshops, but can still participate if they can only attend one. A video of the December workshop will be available for those who could not make it on that date. Participants who attend both workshops will be given a gift card to a local restaurant or shop as a thank you.

This workshop is open to anyone who spends time in Manhattan’s Chinatown, whether you live there, work there, shop there, grew up there, or visit.
