Walk Leaders: Paige Peters, environmental engineer and founder of Rapid Radicals Technology, and Colin Matthes, a visual artist whose work addresses environmental crisis
Meeting Point: UCC Acosta Middle School, located at 615 W. Washington Street.
Explore the vast network of water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure in the Walker Square area with Paige Peters, an environmental engineer and founder of Rapid Radicals Technology, and Colin Matthes, a visual artist whose work addresses environmental crisis. While this network is not easily visible, it allows us to live in our homes, drive to work and school, and facilitates an urban environment.
All ages welcome. Spanish interpretation will be provided.
This program is in collaboration with United Community Center. WaterMarks is made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
