Walk virtually with University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee Professor of Architecture Jim Wasley and Professor of Freshwater Sciences John Janssen down Greenfield Avenue to Milwaukee's Inner Harbor and pass from one world to another. Starting at Freshwater Plaza and ending at Harbor View Plaza, this short walk will explore the ongoing transformation of the City's relation to water through the eyes of an urban designer and an ecologist. Along the way, we will ponder the structure of the City, the redevelopment of the Harbor District, and the ecological processes that are weaving this former industrial landscape back together.
